1. Consideration of CUP#085-25: 7950 Main Street (Public Hearing/Vote)

Staff recommends that the Planning Commission recommend City Council approval of a Conditional Use Permit and Variances to allow for the demolition of a vacant single-family residence and construction of a nine-unit, single-family detached subdivision at 7950 Main Street, which includes nine detached garages and three accessory dwelling units (ADUs).
2. Consideration of CUP#087-24: 8104 Main Street (Public Hearing/Vote)

Staff recommends that the Planning Commission table CUP #087-24 to the June 5, 2025, Planning Commission meeting to provide the Applicant with the opportunity to continue work on the proposed project, the goal being to put forward a design that staff may review for consistency against the Comprehensive Plan and Land Development Ordinance. This agenda packet shall serve as a briefing on the proposed project.
3. Consideration of CUP#086-24: 216-218 Rope Mill Road (Public Hearing/Vote)

Staff recommends that the Planning Commission table CUP #086-24 to the June 5, 2025, Planning Commission meeting to provide the Applicant with the opportunity to continue work on the proposed project, the goal being to put forward a design that staff may review for consistency against the Comprehensive Plan and Land Development Ordinance.
